Our tacos are served on soft corn tortillas and packed with flavor and cooked to perfection! You can add rice and beans on the side if you’d like, but the tacos steal the show. At the salsa bar, you’ll find everything you need to top your tacos just how you like them — fresh cilantro, onions, lime, two bold house-made salsas (medium and hot), and so much more! The number of meats depends on the taco package you choose, but every option is full of flavor and always a hit, and if you want to level it up, we also offer fish and shrimp with our Tour of Mexico package.
Our salsa bar adds the perfect finishing touch to every taco. It includes two house-made salsas — a green medium salsa and a red-hot salsa — both full of bold, fresh flavor. You’ll also find all the classic toppings: chopped onions, fresh cilantro, lime wedges, Mexican blend cheese, tortilla chips, and freshly made guacamole. Whether you like it mild or spicy, simple or loaded, our salsa bar lets you build your perfect bite!
Our salad bar is the perfect way to add a fresh, balanced touch to your meal. It’s a great complement to the bold flavors of our tacos and gives your guests a lighter option to enjoy alongside their plate. Choose from four fresh-made salads: our crisp house salad, classic Caesar, tangy Italian, and our popular Mexican Caesar — each made with quality ingredients and flavorful dressings. It’s a simple but satisfying way to round out your event menu.
Cheese quesadillas are included with every taco package. They’re made fresh on-site and handed out hot to your guests — a simple, cheesy favorite everyone loves. If you’d like to add meat to the quesadillas, that’s available for an additional cost.
Our fruit bar adds a fresh, colorful touch to any event — light, refreshing, and perfect alongside your tacos. You get to choose your fruit selection from our catering menu, and we’ll take care of the rest. Each display is beautifully arranged and includes a touch of décor with personalized fruit picks, custom-made upon request for a small fee.
Our corn bar is a fun and flavorful addition to your event. Guests can choose between corn on the cob or a corn cup, then customize it with classic toppings.
